ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

The organizers of the third BMA have block-booked a number of places in hotels near the FMUSP, with special rates for participants. However, each applicant must make the reservation directly with the hotel. These spaces are intended exclusively for participants from outside the capital, who should apply to the organization for up to a maximum of three days’ expenses to cover travel costs and subsistence. During the event a welcome breakfast will be served daily, along with lunch and coffee breaks.

HOW TO GET THERE

The best way to arrive is by taking the Metro Green Line to Clínicas station, which is directly opposite the FMUSP entrance (Av. Dr. Arnaldo). There are also a limited number of parking spaces (soon more information).
